Every year at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, you can spot people wearing those Hawaiian-style shirts by BayouWear. Y’all know,  the ones with watermelon, flowers or crawfish on them.

Well, this year we spotted several couples sporting those same Hawaiian-style shirts, with the wives wearing the shirt or dress to match her husband’s shirt. Other couples wore slightly different Hawaiian-style shirts from each other or simply dressed alike in other ways. Kay and Lucky King opted for tie-dye pants this year.

This New Orleans couple has worn the Hawaiian-style shirt and dress combo for the past two years. While the food is always on their festival to-do list, they were most excited about seeing Harry Connick Jr. perform.

This West Virginia couple is on their fourth Jazz Fest trip, and they often wear their festive Hawaiian-style shirts. Just like Kimbra and Gerard, they were also looking forward to seeing Harry Connick Jr. hit the Acura Stage.

These native New Orleanians are no rookies, neither to Jazz Fest nor to the Hawaiian-style shirts. And this year, they were most looking forward to seeing Jazz artist Helen Gillet perform.

Jazz Fest is nothing new for this Chicago couple -- they've visited three times in a row already -- but dressing alike is a new phenomenon. They rarely have a particular artist in mind when they purchase tickets because they simply love music.
